Every January, the MLS publishes the truth. No awards dinner, no voting, no fees — just MLS Property Information Network (MLS PIN) Market Share reports for the full calendar year. This is my 2025, by the numbers, exactly as the board printed it.
Lowell 2025: #1 in Transactions, #1 in Volume
- 71 transaction sides in Lowell — #1 in the city. The runner-up closed 23 sides. My total was 209% higher — better than triple the #2 agent.
- $16,854,695 in sales volume — #1 in the city, 21.7% ahead of the #2 agent's $13,849,332.
- 52 units sold in Lowell across all property types — single-family, condo, multi-family, land, commercial.
- 2.01% market share: Lowell's total 2025 market was $836,570,424 across more than 100 active agents. One agent — me — accounted for two cents of every dollar sold in the entire city.
It was the third straight year I led Lowell in transactions (2023: 46 sides; 2024: 75 sides) and the second straight year I led in volume (2024: $17,537,555). The streak, year by year: Three Straight Years at #1.
Massachusetts 2025: 107 Sides as an Individual Agent
- 107 transaction sides statewide — individual production only, no team totals.
- 78 units, $30,196,995 in volume across Massachusetts.
- The comparison that frames it: the state's top individual agent by dollar volume closed roughly $404 million — on 75 transaction sides. I closed 107 sides, 42.7% more transactions than the volume leader. In the work-count column, a Lowell independent out-produced the biggest name in the state. (I dig into that comparison in More Sides Than the Volume Leaders.)
- The honest caveats: Statewide all-agent lists are topped by teams combining many agents' production (one team: 296 sides) and builder reps releasing subdivisions (one: 256 sides). By raw statewide volume, luxury-market agents rank far above me. I claim exactly what the board proves — nothing more.
The Trend Line
- Statewide sides: 68 (2023) → 102 (2024) → 107 (2025)
- Statewide volume: $18,237,047 (2023) → $24,681,104 (2024) → $30,196,995 (2025)
- Lowell transactions rank: #1 → #1 → #1
- Lowell volume rank: top ten (2023) → #1 → #1
Volume up 65% in two years. Sides up 57%. Rankings held at the top while the base grew. That's not a spike; that's a practice scaling.
What the Numbers Mean for 2026 Clients
Seventy-one Lowell closings in one year means my pricing opinions are built on the freshest evidence in the market — I was a party to more of this city's deals than any three competing agents combined. One hundred seven statewide sides means my buyers' offers and my sellers' negotiations are backed by relationships with virtually every active agent, lender, and closing attorney in the region. And 125 five-star reviews on RateMyAgent mean the clients inside those numbers walked away happy enough to say so publicly.

One more way to read 2025: density. Those 71 Lowell sides weren't spread across a state — they were concentrated in one city's neighborhoods, on top of 36 additional sides elsewhere in Massachusetts. Concentration is what turns production into expertise. Every Lowell street I priced in 2025, I priced against closings I had personally touched that same season. Statewide reach with neighborhood-level knowledge is a rare combination, and it's the one these numbers describe.
