On RateMyAgent, my profile holds 125 reviews with a 5-star rating. Understand what that number means at scale: a review profile that size isn't a handful of friends and family. It's years of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors — across Lowell, Greater Lowell, the Merrimack Valley, and southern New Hampshire — rating the experience after the money moved. Five stars held across 125 reviews means the service didn't crack when the volume grew, the deals got hard, or the market turned. Why Production and Reviews Rise Together
There's a feedback loop most agents never start. Happy clients refer — referrals close at high rates because trust arrives pre-built — closed referrals leave reviews — reviews bring the next clients. Running that loop for years is how an individual agent in Lowell reaches 107 sides in a year while holding five stars: every deal is done like the next three referrals depend on it, because they do.
