Lowell's #1 Real Estate Agent — The MLS Numbers Prove It

Every agent in Lowell will tell you they're number one. So don't take anyone's word for it — including mine. Take the MLS's word for it. These are the official MLS Property Information Network (MLS PIN) Market Share numbers for the city of Lowell, all property types combined, full calendar years. No cherry-picking, no small print categories. Just the whole board.

Born in Lowell. Trained in Law. #1 in This City.

I was born in Lowell, at St. John's Hospital — Lowell General today. I went to the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where I was named Student Leader of the Year and served three years as Student Government President. I worked for our local congressman, Marty Meehan. And then I ran the Lowell District Court as a prosecutor in the Middlesex District Attorney's office.

That background is in every deal I touch. Contracts, contingencies, negotiations, the problem files that stall other agents out — I have argued in Lowell's courtrooms, and today I close more Lowell real estate than anyone. Top agent in the city, with a business and legal background nobody else in this market can match.

Lowell 2025: #1 in Transactions AND #1 in Sales Volume

In 2025, I closed 71 transaction sides in Lowell — more than any other agent in the city. The runner-up had 23. That's 209% more transactions than the next name on the list — better than triple. On dollar volume, I closed $16,854,695 in Lowell in 2025 — again, number one in the city, and 21.7% more than the #2 agent ($13,849,332). One agent, out of more than 100 active in Lowell, accounted for 2.01% of every dollar of real estate sold in the entire city.

Lowell 2024: #1 Again — Both Categories

2024 was the same story: 75 transaction sides (#1 in Lowell, 56% more than the runner-up's 48) and $17,537,555 in volume (#1 again, 27.3% ahead of #2's $13,776,400).

Three Straight Years at the Top in Lowell

Go back one more year and the streak holds: in 2023 I was #1 in Lowell for transactions with 46 sides. Three consecutive years — 2023, 2024, 2025 — the most transactions of any agent in Lowell, per MLS statistics. And across Massachusetts, I closed 107 transaction sides in 2025 as an individual agent — not a team total stacked under one name. When you hire me, the numbers you see are the person you get.

Why This Matters If You're Selling in Lowell

Volume isn't vanity. It's reps. Every one of those 71 Lowell transactions in 2025 was a pricing decision, a negotiation, a problem solved at a closing table in this city. Multi-family, condos, single-family — the Lowell market is its own animal, and nobody works it more than I do. That's why Doherty Properties sellers keep setting the bar on street after street in the Acre, Pawtucketville, Belvidere, and downtown. Thinking about selling in Lowell?
